We have a position open for a highly experienced Group CTIO., Board-level executive responsible for driving the Group’s technology vision, innovation, and transformation.
This role will lead the nationwide rollout of a next-generation 5G network and the integration of multiple technology businesses into a single, unified Group brand, spanning Mobile, ISP, Wholesale & Enterprise, TowerCo, and Digital Services.
The Group CTIO will ensure world-class network performance, seamless service delivery, and technology-enabled growth, while positioning the Group as a leading digital and connectivity provider across emerging markets.
This role is ideal for a global telecommunications leader with a track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure programmes, integrating complex technology operations, and driving innovation at national and regional scale.
Experience Requirements
15+ years executive leadership experience as a CTO/CTIO within the telecommunications sector, with full accountability for Network, IT and Digital platforms in medium to large-scale operators (5+ million subscribers or equivalent complexity).
Minimum 5 years in a Regional or Group-level CTIO role, leading technology strategy and execution across multiple country operations, ideally within emerging or high-growth markets.
Proven end-to-end leadership of a fully commercial, nationwide 5G mobile network launch, from trial and spectrum strategy through to large-scale rollout, operational stabilisation and performance optimisation

We have a position open for a highly experienced Director of Procurement who will lead the strategic sourcing and procurement function for the Group’s mobile operations, including the nationwide 5G network rollout.
This role drives cost optimisation, supplier strategy, and procurement excellence across Network, IT, Digital, AI, D/C and infrastructure operations, enabling seamless technology integration, operational performance, and sustainable growth across the business.
Experience Requirements
15+ years Senior procurement leadership experience within telecommunications operations, leading complex procurement portfolios across Network, IT, Digital, and Infrastructure domains.
Proven experience with mobile network and ISP procurement and category management, focused within 5G RAN, Core, Transmission, OSS/BSS, Cloud, AI, and D/C operations .
